Yes. Axillary (armpit) lymph node inflamed by vaccination. Entirely expected, indicates vaccine is working.

The side effects from the vaccination usually occur within 48 hours. If this finding has been present for more than 10 days, please see your physician. Watch for signs of infection, including redness,swelling increase and drainage.

What you described is an expected reaction. You may take acetaminophen for the discomfort, no more than 4 g in a day, no alcohol. Wish you good health!
