Being alive contains all possibility. You need to participate consistently in psychotherapy, and also possibly dialectical behavioral therapy. Emdr may help you as well. Get help now.: You need urgent psychiatric treatment. If you are in an inpatient psychiatric facility, work with the staff, participate in group meetings, accept the medications prescribed. Do not sign out against medical advice. After discharge stay involved in your treatment program. See your psychiatrist/ therapist regularly as advised. Dont stop or change doses of your meds. Your illness is treatable.
