Psychotherapy: I stongly suggest that with resistant depression you seek a second opinion from a board certified psychiatrist and get treated with newer third generation mediciations as well as ongoing CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy ) with a psychotherpist. If not successful- get admitted to a psychiatric hospital for observation and definitive treatment.
