Hang in there: Treatment with ketamine in MDD is a very new theoretical approach that has only just begun being tested (ie, not FDA app.). For now, my best advice would be to find a psychiatrist who you can really partner with to find optimal Rx treatment & concomitantly offers psychotherapy - as it offers you the best chance 4 success. Have you tried tapentadol? Might be something to think about. Good luck!
