can you ever get over ptsd or major depression & anxiety caused by it, struggling so much, hard to try stay positive, without any counselling?

Not easy solo: Sorry to hear of your many struggles. Yes, you can get better. I urge you to consider therapy and/or meds, if possible. Many communities offer low to no cost services, if that is a concern.
