Had both laparoscopic and laparotomy surgeries for fibroid, and adhesions, now lower left ,near the hip bone, feels like pulling, achey, stabbing feeling, what can this be?

Without examining the area involved, it is difficult to "guess" as to the source of you problem. On the short list would be additional adhesions or a nerve radiating pain from your prior surgeries. Go back to your surgeon for assessment and determination of the issue.
