If you are not currently pursuing pregnancy, consult your GYN physician for guidance and consider using oral bcp's, which stop ovarian estrogen production and allow for much slower "fibroid " growth. A hysterectomy may be suggested if the if the symptoms continue to adversely affect your normal daily activities.
