Now lets get this all into perspective. You have just had surgery and the doctors will have attempted to do the best they could as far a reucing the adipose tissue in your neck is concerned. You will have post operative swelling, and you might still have infection or inflamation. Email your doctor and get their opinion, remember there's a lot of work to do to tighten up the skin and neck muscles.

One month is not long enough to know your final result. You still probably have some swelling from the surgery, and that needs to resolve before you know how it will look, long-term. If you are still concerned, call the doctor who did the procedure and explain your concerns.
