Leg pain n BP: The 2 may be related or true true unrelated. Normal variant, coarctation, spinal stenosis r a few of the differentials.

Circulation?: You need tests of circulation in your legs and arms, sometimes circulatory blockage can cause pain or blood pressure variance like you are describing. See your doctor to get checked. Good luck!
