Complex: Ankle systolic peak pressure is higher by Doppler techniques and that is normal. Mean pressure is lower so blood does flow to the ankles.

Vessel issues: An ankle brachial index of greater than 1.3 is abnormal and suggests that either your blood vessels are hard(calcified) and noncompressible(squishy) or that the testing was suboptimally completed, as in the values may not be what they seem. For a 30 year old woman, significant calcification would be uncommon, so I might question those results. Hope this helps.
