High blood pressure: Your blood pressure is severely elevated. You are not on enough medicine to lower it, being only 50 mg of losartan once a day. It maximum effect is if the dose is taken twice daily speak to your physician (p) to see if you need more medicine to bring your BP down to the 140 range. If you continue to have such elevated bp, you run the risk of a heart attack, stroke and kidney failure. See your p.

Check from clots: When you have chest pain and leg pain particularly if on one side and of new onset in addition to having high blood pressure, i worry about blood clots in the leg that may have dislodged to the lungs. Seek medical attention immediately particularly if the symptoms are new and if you also have shortness of breath..
