On 25mcg synthroid. tsh gradually going up, right now at 3.20. however my ft3 and ft4 stays the exact same number all the time, within range.i was just wondering if tsh is going up how come ft3 and ft4 are not changing?

Lab results change a lot each time the tests are done so I am not surprised if the TSH level may change with whatever direction but if the values of FT3 anf FT4 stay the same that surprises me. Practically, if you receive Synthroid and TSH is in range, the dose is adequate. Normally, we only check TSH or TSH + Free T4 for monitoring.
