Had total thyroid tony 2 years ago been on synthroid (thyroxine) 125mcg for two yrs my tsh is .2 and ft4 is 1.3 as of today's blood. should anything change?

Thyroid tests: Your TSH is slightly low and your FT4 is normal (based on the normal range I am familiar with). Do you have symptoms of hyperthyroidism? You doctor may consider lowering your dose of levothyroxine slightly, or perhaps just repeat the tests in 3-6 months.
