Celexa (citalopram) 2omg has done wonders for my pabnic attacks. how does this med work . and does it continue working?

SSRI: It's a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor which blocks the reuptake of serotonin & prevents its breakdown by monomine oxidase--a small percentage of ssris poop out over time sometimes increasing the dose alleviates this.
