Taper: It would be better to taper the dose unless you are changing from one ssri to another. But yes, it is safe to just stop it. The worse that can happen is take you may have a ssri discontinuation syndrome and feel like you have the flu for a few days.

Been on 30mg celexa (citalopram) for 4 weeks. Now my underarms wont stop sweating. When I was on 20mg this wasn't happening. Med doing it?
