Always taper off: antidepressants with the doctors knowledge and guidance. It would take 2 weeks to get beck to a steady state if you came off it completely. Not sure what you mean by med sensitive. Try to get a hold of your doctor this weekend to discuss this. Hope you are not having anxiety because of the loss of Zdeno Chara for 4-6 weeks due to injury last night. (I was up all night upset!)
