The HIV blood tests are 100% reliable when done sufficiently long after the last possible exposure, and your tests are conclusive. Symptoms, on the other hand, are almost never reliable in judging the possibility of HIV. Your negative test results prove that something else caused whatever symptoms you had, no matter how typical for HIV they seemed to be.

If the test was done correctly, you did not get HIV from the exposure 24 weeks ago. There may be a different explanation for your symptoms. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
