I strongly urge you to be examined by an ENT or at least a regular physician for facial pain and presence of a lump in your cheek. Any facial infections or painful lesions require accurate diagnosis and prompt proper treatment. A blocked salivary gland or an inflamed/infected cyst are possibilities here.
