Lipoma?: You should have any tumors promptly removed and examined by a pathologist to assure they are benign and innocuous. The differential diagnosis includes lipoma, cholesteatoma with mastoid bone destruction, sebaceous cyst, keloid, hamartoma, verruca vulgaris, lymphadenitis, malignant lymph node or other skin tumors. Best of luck!
