Since pandemic (for 3 years) when im home im always laying on bed or on couch and im spending lots of time home. does it mean my skin will get wrinkly in the future? os it too late to change the habit and not get wrinkles?

It is not too late. Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes/day, at least 5 days/week. If you are overweight, losing weight is imperative. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
