Yes, yes the answer to both questions. Exercise is good for health: body, mind, spirit. Prevents undue weight gain, chronic diseases and even depression. So, yes it is a good idea to get out of bed and exercise at least 4 times a week. Join a Gym if possible.

The two best things for a healthy state are caloric restriction and exercise.
