Yes, yes the answer to both questions. Exercise is good for health: body, mind, spirit. Prevents undue weight gain, chronic diseases and even depression. So, yes it is a good idea to get out of bed and exercise at least 4 times a week. Join a Gym if possible.

The two best things for a healthy state are caloric restriction and exercise. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
