What kind of lumps: Tiny little white lumps on the areola &amp; nipples are probably normal montgomery glands. The changes to nipples can occur with lying down, cold temperature, excitation etc. If you have actual lumps / lump under the nipple or in the breast tissue - that would need to be checked.
