With your history it is best to consult your neurologist/MD/ vascular surgeon who would most likely recommend it.

A CT with contrast assesses the brain tissue. To assess the vascular supply to the brain, you would need an MRI angiogram or CT angiogram to see those blood vessels in order to assess for aneurysm. That would involve a different test than what you had and can be ordered by your physician.

Dr Tamler emphasizes the use of more focused and dedicated techniques looking more specifically at blood vessels which would provide far better views of an aneurysm or vascular malformation. It appears appropriate to consider additional studies at this juncture. But also ask about polycystic kidneys, as a potential risk factor.
