Brain aneurysm 7 years ago. had migraine aura for 2 years no headache i then they stopped. i had one yesterday out of the blue which scared me. i was told after a mra year ago no more scans ever needed. aneurysm always showed occlusion. thank you?

Not huge problem: First, classical migraine events, which is one of your likely diagnoses, are sporadic, and can go into remission for years. Perhaps the most recent was food triggered (SUCH AS NITRITES?). Second, it appears your aneurysm issues were fully addressed 7 years ago. Third, it is prudent to see neurologist, but unlikely you have new neurological issue, especially with the sole episode.
