A member asked:

If i were having a cerebral or brain aneurysm would the sharp pain improve with excedrine migraine?

Hope you don't: If you have a ruptured aneurysm, it is a medical emergency and excedrin will not even touch it. May be ok for milder migraines, as evidence suggests some benefit.

Unlikely: If you have a history of migraines or headaches, this is the most likely diagnosis. However, if it is the worse headache of your life, then you should get immediate evaluation.
