My understanding is that myocarditis is less common in the vaccinated than in the unvaccinated populations. Incidence is rare, but notable. If concerned, talk to our GP.

Not too hard too diagnose. Typically with chest pain, possibly some ECG changes, and some elevation in cardiac enzymes (a blood test). There is a risk of myocarditis with a COVID 19 infection. Some of the vaccines are associated with increased risk of myocarditis, particularly in males under age 30.
