I need more details about your conditions. Hopefully you have a primary care doc & have seen an endocrinologist & cardiologist. It's possible that neither of your conditions require surgery depending on their cause & symptoms. Should they require surgery – e.g., thyroid nodule extraction (for hyperthyroidism) or valve replacement (for rheumatic heart disease) – they shouldn't be done together.

Your question does not give adequate details to give you a specific answer. Rheumatic heart disease does not always require surgery. There are instances of mild rheumatic valvular disease not requiring surgical intervention. Whether hyperthyroidism requires surgery will depend on the cause of hyperthyroidism including hyperplasia, adenoma etc. Your doctor will be your best guide.
