What would cause cold toes? i can wear two pairs of socks & a pair of fluffy socks & my toes will still be cool to the touch 2 hours later. no color change ever but they do get easily numb. my feet stay a normal temperature, its just the toes?

Your body is shunting blood flow away from the periphery & into the interior of your body presumably from some exposure to cooler environment. At your age I you don't have blockages in your leg arteries. I assume you have a history of cold intolerance. Your finger tips & tip of your nose may also feel cold at these times. Beta blocker meds can have this side effect.? see vascular specialist

Raynaud’s disease is where the hands and feet become very cold when exposed to cold. More common in women. As stated please seek vascular specialist for help
