My right arm and leg/foot (mostly my leg) suddenly went numb/lost sensation (no tingling) and afterwards i got a pounding headache that lasted two days, with no other symptoms. the headache is now long gone but i still feel numb, any idea of causes?

You may have migraine-related stroke. You need to see your doctor ASAP or better a neurologist.
