What could cause extremely cold toes? my toes will get so cold they hurt, almost immediately being outside. inside i usually have to wear 2-3 pairs of socks. my right foot is worse. blood work is completely normal. i have plantar fasciitis & tos?

Cold toes : Raynolds syndrome or other circulation issues can cause cold toes. See a doctor
