I have had heart issues and other heart related symptoms for years now. my echo, stress test, and ekg results all came back normal. however i am in pretty concerning pain almost every day and my heart rate goes up to 240 sometimes. what do i do now?

Monitor: Have you had heart monitoring as an outpatient? This should demonstrate the nature of the tachycardia you experience. Also you would write in the diary when you experience chest pain or palpitations. A heart rate of 240, if accurate, would be caused by a significant cardiac dysrhythmia. A maximal treadmill stress test would rule out coronary blockage or spasm. You must have a cardiologist.
