Left thorax: Your tests are very reassuring in ruling out a heart problem. That distribution of thorax and shoulder discomfort may be due to nerve impingement by a bulging disc or spur at the vertebral level at the neck or upper back. Neurologist consultant and/or xrays or MRI of the neck or thoracic spine may be revealing.

Left chest pain: The workup sounds very thorough and reassuring. You may have more of a musculoskeletal issue in the chest wall or shoulder. It is good that your heart work up is negative, so be assured that the heart is OK!
