I have had a low wbc for the past year which my dr has repeated several times (3.4, 2.5, 3.3, 3.0, 3.0, 3.5, 3.2). anc usually between 1.5-1.8. my dr thinks it might be due to truvada for prep. is this likely the cause?

Truvada can cause low neutrophil count but I wonder how often you have used PrEP. If you are black, WBC is usually low and above 3K is quite common.
