Last june dentist kept looking at tooth on x rays but parotid gland swollen off and on since september but tooth don't hurt ent said no mass

Could be: Could be infected tooth, infected gum, partially blocked salivary gland (calcified stone in duct), or one of other causes. Ask an Oral Surgeon to evaluate at one of those times that gland is swollen.
