A member asked:

I keep track of my weight daily-weighing in first thing in the morning after urinating. what does it mean when my weight doesn't change from the previous day? does it mean that i've consumed the same amount of calories i burned??

Your daily routine has not changed, you are eating a healthy diet and your physical activity is the same. Any change in diet or increase in physical activity can add or lower weight.

Yes, when your Wright doesn't change. it means calories burned equals calories consumed - "ideally". By that I mean you could have been more dehydrated one day, but ate less calories but drank more fluids and so on and so forth. That's why daily weighing is really not a good idea. So many little things can change day to day that can drive you crazy. Best to weigh 1-2 times a week.
