Yes, when your Wright doesn't change. it means calories burned equals calories consumed - "ideally". By that I mean you could have been more dehydrated one day, but ate less calories but drank more fluids and so on and so forth. That's why daily weighing is really not a good idea. So many little things can change day to day that can drive you crazy. Best to weigh 1-2 times a week.
