A member asked:

Weighing 42kgs at 158cm tall, unable to lose more despite burning 200 cals a day and eating 600 calories, what am i doing wrong please ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe it's a sign...: People over 5 feet tall generally should weigh over 100 pounds. That means 92 pounds at 62 inches is already too light. One's primary care doctor can get all the details to see what is going on, but the body not wanting to get even lighter may be a sign that the body is too light already, and needs more food.
