Burn rate: Fitness references list the burn rate as .42 cal/lb/hr.For a 104 lb person this calculates to 43.68 cal/hr. This is really an approximation. The body composition will influence the actual rate . Someone at 104 lb that has 20 lb of body fat, which is relatively low in calorie consumption, burns slower than someone with 10 lb of body fat.
