aching trap muscle and shoulder pain that goes into neck and head, and down arm.both sides sometimes. could this be muscle,from pillow sleep positions?

Possible, but....: I would be more concerned about the possibility or cervicsl comprtession neuritis orr nerve root compression. Please consult an orthopedic expert.
