Soft cervical...: ...Collar? If you can't change the sleep position, you might try one of the special sidesleep pillows such as: http://riroads.Com/images/sleep_posture_pillow_1.Jpg.

Sleep posture: You are experiencing a problem relating to your sleep position. I know it is often difficult to learn to sleep in a new position, but i would try sleeping on your other side or on your back. If this does not help pin your left sleeve to your pajama bottom, to keep your arm down. Use pillows to rest your head in the position your want.
