The amount of radiation from what you described would not measurably raise your risk of cancer above your risk without the CTs. You can reduce your risk of cancer by adopting healthy habits: Eat a mostly vegetarian diet, avoid alcohol, tobacco and street drugs, avoid excessive exposure to sun, get HPV vaccine, exercise 30 minutes each day, drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless.

we do try to avoid CT scans in young children who are growing because of those concerns. however, One or 2 individual CT scans do not increase your risk much. but 20 or 30 scans is a different matter
