Follow up with your gastroenterologist or PCP will be needed in order to decide if a colonoscopy will be needed based on results of previous ones. Otherwise impossible to discern as you have conditions that can cause bleeding and the test is trying to screen for colon cancer looking for occult blood.

If You have not had a recent colonoscopy (within 5 years) I would recommend you have one done. FIT is not a great test but if positive you need to confirm with colonoscopy that there are no polyps or cancers in your colon
