Surprising to see these findings at your age. This usually occurs in older person as a result of trauma or degenerative disease If you are symptomatic you require treatment from Orth/ Neuro surgeon

As Dr Tandan comments, the described findings are consistent with degenerative disc problems and would be unusual for age 31. Would prefer to see you handle this with conservative interventions such as physical therapy and exercise. Have a physiatrist provide a consultation and suggestions for future management. Unless you have an unstable spine or bladder issues, would avoid surgical approach.
