Does anyone know about general anesthesia and autism regression? what detox if any should be followed?

To my knowledge, there is no concrete causal relationship between general anesthesia and autism regression. Anesthesia is selected depending on the type of procedure and anesthetics should not be long lasting so there is no such thing as detox.
