My 4 yo has reactive lympho, toxic gran, and atypical lymphos in his last 2 cbcs dated 10/17 & 4/18. hes not seeming sick but he does have autism and continually has regressions and he just overall isn't thriving and not growing. please advise?

See your physician: If your son is not growing you need close follow up with his physician. CBC changes depend on the situation at the time. Toxic granulation is seen with infection and atypical lymphocytes are seen with viral infection (especially EBV). Most viruses do not result in chronic infection.
