I had a mri done and the readings said the pituitary stalks appears to be deviated to the left, what does this mean?

As long as MRI does not show a lesion on the right of the pituitary stalk I would think it is just a congenital anomaly.

In absence of obvious mass or local swelling, the deviation is of no significance. However, since we are unable to review your films, suggest you discuss this with the radiologist and the physician who ordered the MRI.
