My teenage son has short stature, delayed puberty and anxiety. mri has just been done on pituitary gland, no lesions but has possible focal calcification or ranthkes left cleft. is this something to worry about? seeing endocrinologist in 6 weeks.

Different area: Rathke's pouch/cleft cyst is an issue near the mouth. It has nothing to do with growth. I assume your doc has done an a-ray of his wrist/hand to see if his growth issue is likely hormonal or just simple delay. I wouldn't lose sleep over this finding.
