I have mild to moderate ear pain in my left ear, slight ear drainage, and a low grade fever. this has been going on for two days. do i have an ear infection?

You should see your doctor to check your ears to determine if you have infection in the outer ear(Otitis externa) or in the middle year(otitis media)...the latter is more serious as it requires antibiotics to clear the infection. An Ear specialist(ENT specialist) visit is also an option although the cost may go up in order to see a specialist.
