You should see your doctor to check your ears to determine if you have infection in the outer ear(Otitis externa) or in the middle year(otitis media)...the latter is more serious as it requires antibiotics to clear the infection. An Ear specialist(ENT specialist) visit is also an option although the cost may go up in order to see a specialist.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Your symptoms are consistent with infection and it would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably an ENT doctor. Wish you good health!
