In a perfect world, one can take such medication exactly at the same time each day, but we are not living in such place. Taking this medication a few hours early or later from day to day is NOT unusual at all and should be ok in your case. If you have any trouble at all, you can ask other question or consult your doc. Good luck.

Difficult to comment since the indication for bisoprolol is not clear. Taking the drug 3 hours late is not a major problem since the drug has prolonged effects as a beta blocker. I do not understand what you mean by "taking it 3 hours ahead". Go back to the schedule(once a day as prescribed) and don't worry about the missed dose. Please discuss with your doctor and follow an easy schedule.
