Changed med from 10mg propranolol to 1.25mg bisoprolol.can i take up to 10 of these tablets in one day if needed or would that be overdosing?

Depends: The maximum daily dose is 20 mg (= 16 tablets of 1.25 mg) however the starting dose is 5 mg. The dose is limited by low blood pressure, slow heart rate, and (in susceptible patients) asthma. It's impossible to say if you (with your unique physiology) would overdose with a sudden dose of 12.5 mg (10 tablets).
