May need nothing: Frequency of these premature beats vary widely from person to person, and may be affected by other factors like caffeine intake or stress. Some people report feeling these extra beats, but most don't feel them if they are isolated and infrequent, and if they are isolated and the heart appears healthy, they generally don't need any treatment.
